This wine originates from a vineyard in the Spanish city of Valladolid. Most of the soils are sandy or clayey, with coarse particles that trap heat during the day and release it at night, making the clusters warmer.

After several hours of cold maceration, the wine is made using native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The hue of this wine is a bright and clear straw yellow. The scents of tropical fruits, especially banana and pineapple, are bright and invigorating. There is a pleasant mid-palate and the flavor is crisp.
