Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2022 is a white wine packed with all the qualities that have made the star grape of the Rías Baixas region one of the most highly appreciated varieties both in and outside Spain. A fragrant example of intensity and freshness.

Bodegas Torres, a Catalan firm present in the Penedés, Priorat, Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Rueda regions, now produces wine under the leading Galician Denominación: Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2022, a fresh, elegant, balanced white with a long, concentrated finish that perfectly embodies the idiosyncrasy of this region in northwest Spain.

The grapes that went into making Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2022 come from O Rosal and the Val do Salnés, two of the best subzones of the Rías Baixas, characterised by a climate with marked Atlantic influence and sandy soils with granite stone. After the best bunches were selected, the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 16 days. The result is a fragrant, very lively Albariño that you can enjoy as an aperitif or with boiled or grilled seafood, mild-flavoured white fish and unripened goat’s cheeses.
